Thanks to each of you for the warm wishes, pleasant thoughts ~ and the welcome, Sbf. Wish i were closer to where you are!

Jz – the cabana boy is my age, and we had a nice little friendly flirtation going. Then he asked what I did for a living, and the next think I knew, he was telling me about his chronic fatigue syndrome. Which – I don’t mind, but it’s not exactly a turn on…lol

Hoping your first full vacation day was one of peace, tranquility, and salty air. Sand in your toes…good. Sand in your cracks…not so much (which is why i am not a big beach fan, sadly enough)

i’m living my vacation fantasy through you, so more pix like that one, and maybe something about balmy breezes…wehad to turn the heat on this morning, it was 45 …brrrrrrr!

lots of joy to you, Heartsister…

      @’Nilla,

      45???? Degrees????? Omg. Brrrrrrrrrr.

      And i didn’t know you weren’t a beach person – mountains, then?

      It’s been just wonderful…

      hugs,

      aisha

yes, sadly. Today we’ve seen 8 seconds of sun, so there is hope. and it’s 57. A much better start to the day. And yes. Mountains. Definitely mountains. Streams, thick leafy vales, tumbled rocks, the scent of hay-scented ferns and piney undergrowth….mmmmmm…give me a rushing (or tinkling) mountain stream any day!
