More Q & A

17 Mar

Faithful wants to know:

Has your Sir ever given someone a collar before- or are you the first submissive to have one under consideration?

Thanks for asking, Faithful.  i wasn’t sure myself, so i asked Him last night.    He looked a little surprised when i explained why i was asking {“Enquiring minds want to know, I suppose,” He commented.}

And He said with a clear “Well, of course” tone of voice,”Well, my wife,” which of course i did know.  But not anyone else.  So i’m not His first;  He’s not a virgin at this collaring thing ~ but He’s not a promiscuous collar-giver either.

And Jade wanted to know:

Who taught you the most about being healthy and setting boundaries?

My mother, i guess?  i put a question mark there because in some ways she didn’t always have what i think of as great boundaries herself.

But she taught me to take care of myself and to trust myself, so she gets credit.  The therapist i had before JM gets a lot of credit too, now that i think about it.

We’re anticipating parking issues at my volunteer gig this morning, so i’m on the run, trying to get there half an hour earlier than already too-frigging-early.  Out with my Sir last night til way-too-late.

Jade, if that didn’t answer the question, let me know and i’ll take another try at it.

thanks- I love that comment too… and that is exactly how it should be 🙂

Hope it wasn’t too much of a nosy question- I was just curious of his D/s background.

Laughing… true. It wouldn’t mean too much if He went around collaring people indiscriminately.

You know, that’s not to imply that His wife (ex now) is the only person He played with.

And not too nosy at all, it was an interesting question.

It’s weird, even tho mouse really belongs to O, she’s never been formally collared. He feels that its a waste of The Alpha it was just implied.

    Healthy boundararies are so important…

Hope you found parking and have a wonderful day.

      Hi, Mouse,

That is interesting, isn’t it? Of course, you and Omega have so many other symbols of your ownership ~ or his ownership of you, i guess a collar would be redundant.

i still think the only reason Sir X offered me the “under consideration” thing is because i was going off to COPE for the weekend and He wanted to put in His claim on me. i don’t think He would have just randomly suggested it at that time otherwise.

i did find parking, thanks for the good wishes!!

i started to ask if the question was answered *to you* since that is really all that matters…but then it occured to me it sounded to…therapist-ish. Or somethin’

i hope you are having a great day. Love ya!! j

But it’s a good Future Therapists of America question! Laughing… yes it did answer the question “to me.” And i know a lot about His D/s background already, so i don’t have to be curious about that.

i had a lovely day ~ hope you did too!

    Great questions great answers….

I remember being a newbie and being ever so curious about the Masters/Mistresses behind the scenes.

They seemed to cast large shadows, and for a long time i wondered about the supposed “caring” of someone who hurts someone and yet professes to love them….

I think that was the hardest thing to wrap my head around at the start of my journey…well, that, and how much it turned me on. I made many panties damp with all that early reading…talk about guilty pleasures!

If you could eat one thing, totally guilt-free…and with no consequences, what would it be?

(very un d/s but there ya go…)

      @ ‘Nilla,

Yes, i hear you. It is still a fascination, isn’t it?

Good question! i’ll have to think about that one ~ there are so many things!
